Could you be an ambassador and advocate for the VCS on the Cheshire and Warrington LEP Board?

Cheshire and Warrington Local Enterprise Partnership (LEP) is seeking to appoint new members to its Board.

Cheshire and Warrington LEP is a private sector-led organisation which brings together local authorities and the business community to champion important issues with government and ultimately drive economic growth.  It has responsibility for projects and programmes totaling almost a £1/3 billion.

It is important that the Voluntary and Community Sector has a strong and influential voice on the LEP and our current representative is standing down at the end of March.  If you are interested in applying for a place on the board and being a strong ambassador and advocate for the voluntary sector then submit your application to Alison Harkness alison.harkness@871candwep.co.uk

The LEP will be looking for individuals that are able to demonstrate they have broad networks within the VCS/Social Enterprise/business communities, can act as a positive advocate and show an understanding of how the sector can support the development of the economy in Cheshire and Warrington.

Closing date for applications is Friday 13th March.  For more information please visit www.871candwep.co.uk/cheshire-and-warrington-local-enterprise-partnership-seeking-new-board-members/
