Here is a full day workshop delivered in partnership with IBM.
This workshop will introduce you to the basic principles and concepts of project management. You will have the opportunity to think about how to apply a project management approach to a real project of your own, with step by step support from some of IBM’s most experienced project managers.
As well as developing effective practices, you will come away having gained vital skills and understanding to apply to all of your and your charity’s projects.
