Rural Support | Print |

If You are a rural group or provide services in a rural area we can provide you with a range of support including:

Governance

We can assist in many ways from setting up a new group, to developing and existing group to better meet your future aims and objectives. Our one to one service which includes an organisational health-check is designed to look carefully at your needs and provide the most appropriate advice for your group.

Funding

We can support you by locating both local and national funding sources for the project you have in mind and can help you complete funding applications. In some cases we can also put you in touch with funders direct as well as providing access to funding training and events, (please check our event calendar for current training and events - click here)

Advice and Guidance

Our signposting service is there to put you in touch with the appropriate person or group to help you with your needs whether you are looking for training, want to recruit volunteers; or considering starting a social enterprise and need advice on where to start. We have access to a great network of people who can help.

Networking

It can be really useful to meet other people who have similar interests and challenges. Each partner organisation has links to a serie of networks and can put you in touch with others to share ideas and explore possibilities to collaborate. These networks help to craete a stronger collective voice for rural issues, making sure these are on the agenda at appropriate forum.
