Chester is changing!
Do you know enough about the changing face of our community?
FREE Seminar on 9th October 2014 10am – 12pm
The Black and Minority Ethnic (BME) population in the UK is growing and Cheshire is no exception. Understanding our increasingly diverse community has never been more important in order to meet the needs and aspirations of all citizens.
CHAWREC are therefore pleased to announce a seminar to launch our BME Population Mapping Report for 2014. This report describes the BME population in Cheshire West and Chester, with particular detail on Chester City itself.
This two hour seminar is for anyone interested in finding out more about our minority ethnic population in order to effectively engage with and deliver services to this growing group.
CHAWREC will also be offering training on issues related to serving and engaging with our minority ethnic population. This seminar is your chance to influence what we deliver by telling us what you and your organisation need.
The seminar will take place on 9th October between 10am and 12pm and will be held at: The Unity Centre, 17 Cuppin Street, Chester CH1 2BN
