What will happen to community groups, charities and social enterprises providing health and social care services during austerity?

Will we enter a period of decline as the statutory sector withdraws funding to focus on its ‘core’ work?

Or will everyone involved in health and social care come together to plan better ways of delivering services with the same money?

With the submissions to our first consultation, we started to sketch out this second brighter future.
