Cheshire Enterprising Women

Cheshire Enterprising Women is a one year project funded by NatWest/RBS Skills & Opportunities Fund. We are now nearly half-way through the project and have engaged with 58 women to date. The project aims to support women with a (community) business idea or in the first stages of setting up in business or enterprise.  We offer 121s with the women to explore their business idea and give them action plans to follow.

We have set up a closed Facebook group for the project to share information, support and ideas. We are in the process of setting up a webpage of resources and useful information.

We have developed excellent working relationships with the Parade Enterprise Centre and NatWest to provide bespoke training and have held two successful information events including one at Storyhouse as part of their wider Storyhouse Women weekend which was attended by 43 women.
